There has been a request to change the 5th stanza of the FBLA creed.

The current stanza reads: "I believe every person has the right to earn a living at a useful occupation and that this right should not be denied because of race, color, creed, sex or handicap."

The proposed change is: "I believe every person has the right to earn a living at a useful occupation."

Under New Business on your agenda, make a main motion "that our chapter recommend that the 56th stanza of the FBLA creed be changed to 'I believe every person has the right to earn a living at a useful occupation.'"
